Job Summary
Support the Site Security Manager in daily and monthly tasks including certification, documentation, system checks, and incident management. Safeguard company premises, assets, employees, and visitors by patrolling, controlling access, and responding to alarm maintenance needs and security situations. Perform moderately complex customer support and operational tasks while enforcing written procedures and escalating issues per guidelines. Complete required daily logs, reports, and work orders for equipment repairs. Interact with internal groups, vendors, and the Security Response Center to ensure escalation protocols are followed. Control vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility in compliance with established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Corporate Security, surveillance and alarm equipment support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Valid Oregon State Security Officer license or credential
- 21+ years of age
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
- Must have eyesight corrected to 20/20 and no uncorrectable hearing impairment
- Must successfully complete all mandatory firearms training
- Must possess and maintain armed guard credential as requested by Wells Fargo; where not required, must maintain valid concealed carry permit
Desired Qualifications
- Armed license for a 9mm firearm
- Leadership experience
- Experience with Access Control Systems and CCTV Monitor
- Possess a CPR / First Aid Certification
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service experience
