Job Summary
Card Access Specialist at U.S. Bank focusing on physical security and identity/access management. Responsibilities include maintaining card access privileges for employees, contractors, and vendors; operating identity and access management tools; ensuring compliance with policies; handling production, access review, document management, workflow, and project management; collaborating with business partners; providing excellent customer service and effective communication; and applying security controls to mitigate risk. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic database/SQL knowledge, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access; experience in security/regulatory areas is preferred. Schedule: 10am-6:30pm CT in Saint Paul, MN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Security, Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, and/or Financial Services (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Basic understanding of database management and/or SQL
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Data entry skills
