Job Summary
Prepare and review contracts and transaction documents. Manage facets of transactions, assist in closings, and handle general corporate formation and advising. This mid-level associate role requires 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, financings, licensing, commercial sales, and corporate governance. Candidates must hold outstanding academic credentials and be licensed in Georgia. Qualified attorneys will be contacted for additional credentials.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a large regional or national law firm
- 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, financings, licensing, commercial sales and corporate governance
- outstanding academic credentials
- Licensed in GA
