Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for corporate clients by managing a portfolio of Regional Treasury Centers (RTCs) across Asia, focusing on FX, FXO, and digital solutions. Deepen client relationships to increase wallet share while originating and executing cross-sell transactions in investments, securities, and derivatives. Collaborate with country, regional, and global partners to deploy products aligned with client needs and foster collaboration with internal functions like Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure governance. Assess risk/reward and adhere to the Code of Conduct to safeguard the firm's reputation.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience covering Regional Treasury Centers (RTCs) of Multinational Corporates
- proven track record on growing and maintaining relationships through value-added service and commercial skills
- Deep understanding of corporate FX products including spot, forwards, options, and structured solutions
- Strong understanding of regulations across multiple Asia jurisdictions
- An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Strong existing relationships with key decision makers at RTCs of Multinational Corporates
- Bachelor's/University degree
