Job Summary
Corporate Sales & Solutioning Manager (AVP-VP) drives cash management and trade finance revenue for corporate commodity clients in China. Works with Relationship Managers, GTS Product, Implementation, T&O and stakeholders to deliver solutions, identify cross-sell opportunities, grow share of wallet, and provide advisory support on product updates and market trends. Develops a robust pipeline, accelerates deal closure through effective sales techniques, conducts presentations to internal and external customers, and collaborates with other BUs to structure cash or trade solutions to expand client wallet share. Requires degree holder and 7+ years of relevant banking experience in China, strong GTS product knowledge, ability to operate in a multi-country matrix organization, and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant banking experience in China
- Strong GTS product knowledge in cash, open account trade, and trade finance
- Demonstrated ability to perform within a matrix organization
- Credit experience/knowledge will be a plus
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
