Job Summary
National/Corporate Sales Manager responsible for developing and expanding the U.S. tire market, with a primary focus on opening and growing dealer accounts across a national territory. Engage dealers through outbound outreach, customer meetings, and regular travel (30–50%) to support relationship development and sales growth. Manage the full sales cycle independently, without rigid pricing programs or heavy corporate structure. Key KPIs include new accounts opened/reactivated, revenue from new business, pipeline activity, and strength of ongoing customer relationships. Requires 3–8 years tire industry sales experience, proven success in opening accounts, multi-state/national experience, and a hunter mentality.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years tire industry sales experience (dealer-side preferred; manufacturer experience acceptable)
- Experience in selling TBR tires; exposure to passenger, light truck, lawn and garden, and specialty tires is a plus
- Proven success in opening new accounts and managing territory growth
- Experience operating independently across multi-state or national markets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Hunter mentality with a results-driven approach to new business development
