Corporate Sales Account Manager – Conservation

Job Summary
Manage and grow the Conservation channel by serving as the primary point of contact for conservation organization partners. Process inbound orders to ensure accurate fulfillment and identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Prospect new potential partners across the conservation landscape, including regional chapters and fundraising events, while building relationships with group leadership and event organizers. Track pipeline and account activity to maintain accurate records. Represent Turtlebox at industry events as needed and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations. This role offers broad exposure to B2B revenue growth for a fast-growing outdoor audio brand, requiring occasional travel for banquets and tournaments.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, account management, or relevant customer-facing experience
- Genuine passion for the outdoors — hunting, fishing, or conservation work
- Familiarity with conservation organizations such as Ducks Unlimited (DU), the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), or similar groups
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable prospecting, following up, and driving deals forward with limited hand-holding
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, banquets, and tournaments
- This position involves working in a traditional office environment, 5 days a week
- Occasional car and airplane travel will be required
- Frequent sitting and standing required
