Corporate Safety Director - Commercial Roofing

Job Summary
Lead and manage the company's corporate safety program across multiple locations, developing and enforcing company-wide safety policies and best practices. Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulations by conducting jobsite audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Create and deliver safety training programs, track performance metrics, and develop corrective action plans. Partner with operations, executive leadership, and insurance providers to minimize risk while evaluating new safety technologies and AI tools. Represent the company during OSHA inspections and industry events. This role requires 7+ years of construction safety leadership experience, extensive travel throughout the U.S., and a salary of 125-150k base plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of construction safety leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, fall protection, and construction safety standards
- Experience supporting multi-state operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction technology platforms
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Must be local to the New England Market
- In-office position
