Job Summary
Shell Brasil is seeking a Corporate Safety Analyst to strengthen regulatory compliance, enhance safety culture, and ensure Shell Brazil activities meet Brazilian regulatory requirements and global Shell standards. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NRs and eSocial SST, supporting programs (CIPA NR-5, SESMT NR-4, PGR/PPRA, PPP), maintaining readiness for audits, managing eSocial SST modules (S-2210, S-2220, S-2240) with high data quality, tracking safety KPIs, supporting incident learning and risk assessments, delivering regulatory safety training, managing PPE programs, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with HR, Real Estate, Operations, and Contractors. The role requires a technical safety degree, Brazil work authorization, 3+ years of related experience, and fluent Portuguese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree in Occupational Safety required
- 3+ years of related experience
- Proven experience with Brazilian regulatory framework (NRs and eSocial SST)
- Strong experience managing PPP, PGR/PPRA, and statutory compliance programs
- Experience in oil & gas or other high-risk industries
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Portuguese (fluent) and English (fluent)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than the current employer
