Job Summary
Manage international insurance programs across Europe, North America, and Australia, focusing on property damage, cyber, and liability coverage. Lead renewal cycles by analyzing data and negotiating premiums with brokers and insurers while implementing a Group Risk Manual. Identify operational and strategic risks within factories and supply chains, collaborating with operations and safety teams to establish prevention strategies and support loss-prevention audits. Regulate major claims for European entities, monitor market trends, and optimize insurance budgets. This role requires a Bachelor's in Risk Management or Finance, 5–8 years of corporate insurance experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Full-time position in Rotterdam with a market-conforming salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive pension plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Risk Management, Finance, Verzekeringen, Bedrijfskunde of Rechten
- 5–8 jaar ervaring in internationale corporate verzekeringen of risk management
- bij voorkeur binnen de productie- of FMCG-sector
- Grondige kennis van de Europese verzekeringsmarkt
- Sterk in onderhandelen
- stakeholder management
- diepgaand inzicht in industriële en logistieke risico's
- vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
- Bereidheid om incidenteel productielocaties binnen Europa te bezoeken
Desired Qualifications
