Corporate Reliability Engineer

Manage predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective, and refurbishment of machinery to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by collaborating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and create digital "Job Cards" for inspections and work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Support Plant Champions in implementing predictive tools like vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound. Assist with lubrication strategy development, standards, and the implementation of color-coded labeling systems matching lubricants to points of use. Perform other projects or duties as assigned. Full-time role with a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience required; salary ranges from $120,000 to $151,000.
