Job Summary
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing oversees the development, execution, and leadership of sales and marketing strategy for a region in senior living communities, focusing on immediate census and revenue growth, lead generation, on-site events to promote communities, training of new team members, maintaining brand reputation, and achieving occupancy goals while connecting with seniors and their families. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing (or equivalent experience), proven sales success, 2+ years in senior living or related healthcare environments, strong communication and relationship-building skills, CRM and MS Office proficiency, weekend availability, and, in some jurisdictions, first aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in closing sales and leads
- Two or more years in the senior sales and marketing environment
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality or related healthcare environment (preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week and some evenings
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
- First aid certification required in some state/local jurisdictions
- Background check and possible additional screenings
