Corporate Recruiter

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried plant roles, including production, maintenance, skilled trades, supervisors, and technical talent. Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers—understanding workforce needs, operational realities, and capability gaps. Build and execute sourcing strategies beyond job postings (community outreach, referrals, talent pipelines, local partnerships). Spend time on the plant floor to understand roles firsthand and attract talent through authentic storytelling. Use data and insights to guide hiring decisions, improve time-to-fill, and elevate candidate quality; deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and strengthens the employer brand. Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and TA peers to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives. Requires ability to recruit across locations, travel ~10% (3 days per month).
