Job Summary
Corporate Recruiter responsible for sourcing, evaluation, phone screening of internal and external candidates, and facilitation of hiring decisions for corporate roles, including mid-level leadership. Develop recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions, utilize job boards and outreach to engage passive and active candidates, manage the entire candidate life cycle, and meet KPIs designated by Talent Acquisition leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent recruiting experience, ability to work in a KPI-driven environment, and strong communication/presentation skills with leadership. On-site in Mechanicsburg, PA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- A track record of success working in a KPI metric environment.
- Ability to communicate and present key data points to leadership both inside of Talent Acquisition group and the business.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
