Job Summary
Corporate Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting first-line screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS. Collaborates with the People & Culture team (reports to People & Culture Lead; works with Senior Recruiter and others) to ensure a fast, thoughtful hiring process and strong candidate experience. Requires 3–5 years of recruiting experience (at least 2 in-house), strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with ATS and Google Workspace. Fluent in English and Dutch. Hybrid work arrangement based in Rotterdam office (3 days on-site) with remote work components; salary range €3,500–€4,500 gross per month depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or other relevant studies
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment. At least 2 years in-house!
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English and Dutch
