Job Summary
Sourcing and approaching candidates for vacancies in the Oost region via LinkedIn and other channels while managing talent pools. Screen resumes, coordinate candidate communications, and schedule interviews, partnering with HR Advisers for content-based selection. Engage with managers and vacancy holders to share market insights, advise on filling strategies, and maintain stakeholder engagement. Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and recruitment actions to drive sustainable candidate inflows. Work within a small, collaborative HR team in Dordrecht/Gorinchem, with bi-monthly team meetings and the option to work remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen recruitment of een commerciële, mensgerichte rol
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan via opleiding of ervaring
- Bereid te reizen naar Gorinchem, Barneveld, Doetinchem en Zwolle
