Job Summary
Temporary Corporate Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to move candidates through the hiring process, with emphasis on supporting the Transformation initiative and filling roles in the Supply Chain and FC model. Responsibilities include screening resumes, prescreening candidate questions, coordinating communications and interview scheduling, conducting reference checks, coaching managers through offers and administrative steps, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with staff to develop staffing plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience and at least 5 years of recruiting experience, proficiency with an ATS, ability to recruit across a broad range of positions, strong discretion with confidential information, proactive communication, and flexibility in hours; role located in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment with strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology
- Knowledge and past use of a server-based applicant tracking system
- Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
- Must be internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
- Ability to teach interview skills to managers and other staff
- Ability to work flexible hours/days as needed appropriate for the job search
