Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales and leadership roles, acting as a strategic partner to influence hiring decisions and impact revenue through talent; build pipelines, create urgency, and close top talent; partner with executives to align on hiring strategy and performance expectations; drive a high-volume, high-quality pipeline; proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools; lead structured screens to assess performance and leadership capability; manage the interview process and provide a white-glove candidate experience; own offer strategy and closing; maintain clean data in Greenhouse; represent Sono Bello culture and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in sales/leadership recruiting
- Experience recruiting in high-volume, metrics-driven environments
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Based in greater Seattle area
- Hybrid schedule: Mon/Tue/Thu in-office (Bellevue), Wed/Fri remote
