Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership positions by partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and screening resumes for interviews. Maintain accurate records in the UKG Applicant Tracking System, draft job postings, and monitor recruiting metrics while ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. Serve as a backup recruiter for plant operations hiring, supporting high-volume initiatives, orientation sessions, and background checks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting corporate, professional, or leadership positions preferred
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); UKG experience is preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional candidate experience
