Job Summary
Corporate Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to candidate placement. Drives sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach; conducts phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; evaluates qualifications and cultural fit; presents qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinates interview processes; conducts reference checks and facilitates offer negotiations. Builds and maintains a pipeline of active and passive candidates; develops strong relationships with candidates; maintains ATS records; collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, postings, market insights, and hiring strategies; tracks recruiting metrics and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills; proficient with ATS and recruiting platforms; capable of handling multiple open positions and delivering qualified candidates to meet hiring goals.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate, diploma or degree accreditation in Human Resources or related field is preferred or working towards a designation is an asset
- 5+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to exercise sound judgment, is self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize key requirements in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
