Job Summary
Corporate Recruiter responsible for full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offering, and building candidate pools; partner with hiring managers to define requirements and identify top talent; use various sourcing channels (online databases, job boards, social media, referrals) to attract diverse candidates; screen for availability, interest, relocation needs, qualifications, and cultural fit; coordinate on-site and telephone interviews; initiate candidate assessments and background checks; manage candidate data in ATS and ensure OFCCP compliance; maintain networks for immediate and long-term needs; emphasize relationship-building with stakeholders and candidates; strong emphasis on sourcing passive candidates, process efficiency, and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) in related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business, or equivalent) or commensurate experience
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience on entry level roles in corporate finance, IT, marketing, and sales
- Knowledge of Recruiting and HCM systems, Workday experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem solving and independence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
