Job Summary
Full-cycle recruiting across corporate, operational, technical, and construction leadership roles; partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans; develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach; recruit for project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership; conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical qualifications and cultural fit; coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback; prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations; build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs; maintain candidate records and workflows in JazzHR; support offer generation, onboarding coordination, and ensure a positive candidate experience; monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity and pipeline health.
