Draft targeted job descriptions, facilitate candidate and interview screenings, and build talent pools for engineering and energy sectors. Advise leadership on labor market trends and recruitment strategies, while enhancing employer branding through campaigns, events, and campus recruitment initiatives. Identify process improvements and drive innovation within the growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, corporate of bureauzijde
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding
- Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en moderne recruitmenttools
