Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles by building talent pipelines through sourcing and networking. Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements while driving a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, coordinate interviews, and manage scheduling logistics. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and provide hiring managers with pipeline and recruiting updates. Build strong relationships with candidates and business partners to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency. This role requires a fast-paced environment with on-site expectations of a minimum of three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong interviewing and candidate management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work on-site
- Minimum of three days a week on-site expectation
