Job Summary
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates, then hire and onboard them into company employment while making accurate annotations in the applicant tracking system and entering data into shared spreadsheets. Communicate daily with operations management regarding site needs and report daily on recruiting efforts for sites with critical requirements. Collaborate effectively with other team members and closely follow all company policies and standard operating procedures. Respond in the field to emergency coverage requests as an officer, conducting CPR/First Aid/AED skill evaluations for new and re-certifying employees. This full-time in-office role supports DK Security's growth by building strong relationships with operations staff and ensuring high-quality candidate placement.
Required Qualifications
- CORE COMPUTER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WITH TYPING DATA INTO SPREADSHEETS AND WORD PROCESSORS
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to provide an education document proving completion of High School or a GED
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must not have more than 2 at-fault accidents or 3 moving violations on their driving record from the last 3 years
- Must be able to clearly speak, comprehend, read, and write in the English language
- Must not have been convicted of any felonies, nor have any misdemeanor convictions for crimes of moral turpitude (assaults, weapons, theft, fraud, and drug related crimes)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen at the time of hire and randomly thereafter
- Must be familiar and comfortable with using a computer mouse, keyboard, and a multiple monitor setup
- Must be capable of creating and maintaining spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to comply with our corporate appearance and grooming policy and have good personal hygiene
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to create a friendly and welcoming environment for their co-workers and our visitors
- Must be able to pay attention to details and remain calm and focused for long periods of time
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and up and down stairs
