Job Summary
Collaborate with corporate and plant-level hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing, and execute full-cycle hiring from resume screening to offer negotiation. Coordinate interview schedules, manage the candidate journey, and support seamless onboarding while building diverse talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs. This role requires deep Workday ATS expertise and at least five years of manufacturing recruitment experience. Based in Tampa, Florida, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Recruiting in Workday ATS required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, candidate attraction, sourcing using a variety of tools, resume screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans that connect qualified candidates with current and future business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and leaders across the organization
- Proficiency using recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and HR software tools to manage candidates and improve recruiting efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and use metrics to recommend process improvements
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive business matters, and candidate interactions
- Domestic Travel requirements up to 15%
- Office-based position, and individuals are expected to be in the office 5 days per week
