Corporate Recruiter

Establish and maintain talent acquisition partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools. Organize and attend job fairs, while coordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needs and devise sourcing strategies. Recruit and network using job postings, social media, and events, then assist with new employee onboarding and role development. Develop technician apprenticeship and training programs, assisting store managers with implementation and progress tracking. Any other duties assigned to fulfill the company's needs.
