Corporate Recruiter

Establish and maintain talent acquisition partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools. Organize and attend job fairs, while coordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needs and devise sourcing strategies. Recruit and network with potential candidates using job postings, social media, and events. Assist with new employee onboarding, develop technician apprenticeship programs, and track technician progress with store managers. Any other duties assigned to fulfill the company's needs. This role supports Crossroads Automotive Group's mission to grow teams and develop the next generation of automotive professionals within a reputable, high-volume dealership group.
