Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions throughout Oregon, conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to establish requirements and timelines. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels to identify active and passive candidates, while maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles. Coordinate interviews, review applications, and extend employment offers in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while reporting recruitment metrics and supporting workforce planning initiatives. This on-site role requires managing approximately 25+ active requisitions and occasional travel to attend recruiting events across the state.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a corporate recruiting environment
- Experience utilizing proactive sourcing methods to identify passive candidates
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Full-cycle recruitment and selection practices
- Employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring
- Applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Interviewing methodologies and candidate assessment techniques
- Oregon labor market trends and talent acquisition practices
- Candidate sourcing and talent identification
- Building relationships with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
- Consulting and influencing business leaders
- Organization, prioritization, and project management
- Verbal and written communication
- Manage approximately 25+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Analyze recruitment challenges and develop effective solutions
- Work independently while managing multiple competing priorities
- Adapt recruitment strategies to changing business and workforce needs
- Occasional travel throughout Oregon
- May require occasional evening or weekend attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
