Job Summary
Corporate Receptionist to manage a busy front desk at HHG Legal Group's Perth CBD office, greet clients, handle calls and emails, coordinate meeting rooms and visitor management, process client payments, handle mail and confidential documents, liaise with IT and service providers, support lawyers and staff with administrative tasks, and assist with events and ensuring presentation standards across reception and shared spaces. Requires 3+ years in a corporate receptionist or senior front-of-house role, polished professional presentation, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years + experience in a corporate receptionist, senior front-of-house or professional services client-facing role
