Job Summary
Corporate Real Estate Regional Manager I responsible for managing the Bank’s commercial corporate real estate portfolio in the Buffalo region. Negotiate and execute leases, subleases, assignments, and purchase/sale agreements; analyze network consolidations and assist in due diligence for acquisitions with financial modeling and contract analysis; facilitate dispositions via sales, sale/leasebacks, and subleases; collaborate with internal bank stakeholders (Property Management, Space Planning, Construction); identify cost reduction opportunities through aggressive lease renewals, extensions, and lease audits; develop deep knowledge of local real estate markets and applicable laws/regulations; travel frequently to support region objectives; ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ commercial corporate real estate sales, leasing and contract negotiations experience (or combined 7 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 3 years in CRE)
- Ability to travel frequently to assigned Regions
- Strong PC skills (presentation, spreadsheet, word processing)
- NYS Real Estate Salesperson/Brokers License and/or NYS Real Estate Appraisers License preferred
