Job Summary
Advise clients on corporate, business transactional, and real estate matters while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Assist with business formation, governance, and transactions, and handle a variety of real estate transactions and related legal matters. Conduct legal research to provide practical, business-focused advice and communicate directly with clients to develop trusted professional relationships. Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions and manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal quality. This on-site role in Cincinnati, OH, supports attorneys building their practice within an established client base without the need to bring an existing book of business.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Bar license
- 1+ year of corporate, business transactional, and/or real estate law experience
- Strong legal research, writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Strong client-service orientation and interest in developing long-term client relationships
- On-site opportunity in a professional downtown Cincinnati office environment
