Corporate Quality Manager

Corporate Quality Manager to lead a segment of the organization’s quality function across the manufacturing platform. Responsibilities include coaching and oversight of projects, leading replication efforts, providing leadership to plant quality managers, identifying and implementing new technology for inspections and standardization, developing and maintaining Process Audits, participating in cross-functional teams, reviewing Customer/Provider complaint data (QMS, COQ, Scrap) and recommending improvements, defining critical quality criteria and robust process capability solutions, maintaining quality specifications and SOPs, providing training across quality, manufacturing, customer service, and sales/marketing, overseeing Quality Waiver processes and corrective actions, preparing reports from data analysis, and coordinating with all levels of the organization. Occasional travel required, with 25%-50% travel expected. Working in a typical office environment with manufacturing exposure and PPE; up to 20 pounds lifting; color/cosmetics evaluation required; reports to Director of Quality Operations; occasional weekend work.
