Corporate Quality Director

Job Summary
Corporate Quality Director responsible for leading Granger’s Quality Management Program across projects and regions. Develop and implement the Quality Management System, establish companywide quality standards, conduct jobsite quality audits, track quality metrics (rework, punchlists, warranty, training), lead warranty and rework management, and design practical training for project and field teams. Drives a proactive, ownership-driven culture of quality, aligning with industry best practices and enterprise-level quality initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership in quality/operations/project delivery, and strong communication to influence at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership exposure in quality, operations, or project delivery
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and quality systems
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence at all levels
