Job Summary
Corporate PSL role supporting the Funds team in a general corporate advisory capacity, focusing on knowledge strategy, innovation, and organization; responsibilities include monitoring key legal and market developments, developing precedents and templates, maintaining research materials, collaborating with the innovation team to automate workflows, delivering training, and supporting client-facing knowledge initiatives. Skills and attributes include experience at a top-tier law firm, drafting/negotiating equity and JV documentation, interest in legal technology and knowledge management, ability to translate data into structured solutions, and strong drafting, research, and organizational abilities. PSL experience is desirable but not essential; UK-admitted lawyer with a 2:1 or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
- Undergraduate degree achieving a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent
