Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting the Corporate team across M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory. Responsibilities include devising and implementing the knowledge and innovation strategy for the group, developing and maintaining market-leading precedents, collaborating with the Innovation team to automate and streamline workflows, maintaining electronic knowledge resources with AI/tech solutions, organizing and delivering training, and producing thought leadership materials. The role also involves client-facing initiatives, data analysis on client and sector trends, and contributing to business development through knowledge materials, alerts, and briefing notes. Signals a strong emphasis on knowledge management, technology-enabled solutions, and proactive collaboration with senior stakeholders and other GT offices. Qualifications include admission to practice in England and Wales and a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree; PSL experience is desirable but not essential. Exceptional drafting, communication, research, and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and with senior stakeholders.
