Job Summary

Receive and review daily vehicle buy lists from dealers and sellers, then identify units best suited for dealership needs by collaborating directly with purchasing dealers, General Managers, or Used Car Managers. Appraise identified vehicles, submit bids to sellers, and negotiate purchase terms while overseeing the creation of purchase agreements and ensuring timely payment processing. Arrange vehicle transport, manage pickup timelines, and coordinate with selling parties to obtain start-up photos for marketing prior to arrival. Record all sales and purchases, ensure accurate title issuance, and oversee vehicle reconditioning to list units for sale promptly. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain, 3–5 years of automotive procurement experience, and proficiency with valuation systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or automotive industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of automotive buying, appraising, and vehicle transactions
  • Proficiency with automotive procurement/valuation systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
