Corporate Pricing Specialist

Job Summary
Accurately log and distribute RFPs, review and complete RFI requests from shippers and 3PLs, and analyze shipment data sets for initial cost analysis setup. Prepare reports detailing margins, revenue, costs, and pricing comparisons while verifying rate accuracy through post-entry audits and tariff compliance checks. Log key metrics post-publication and support the analysis of customer profitability, yield, and lane performance by compiling data sets. Provide administrative support to the Pricing Department and assist the VP and Manager with special projects. Continuously improve processes within a fast-paced environment using strong Excel and data handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Excel / Data handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Fluent in MS Office programs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
