Job Summary
Corporate PMO / Business Operations Expert needed to support the DACH General Manager and regional business in Lugano with internal operations, governance, and performance. Responsibilities include executive governance support, dashboard/report creation for Top Management and C-level stakeholders, organizing Steering Committees and Townhalls, maintaining presentations, market analysis, tracking upselling/cross-selling and pipeline, managing client references and contract lifecycle, and tender/bid management coordination. Required to have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Cybersecurity (or related field) with experience in Information Security/GRC, strong IT architecture knowledge, familiarity with ISO 27001/NIST/DORA, risk and compliance understanding, and excellent English; additional Italian and German skills desirable. Location: Lugano, Ticino, CH; hybrid work arrangement with relocation to Canton Ticino or Italian border towns possible; English/Italian fluency expected, German a plus. Not fully remote.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Previous experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity
- Good understanding of IT architectures and information systems
- Experience or familiarity with GRC activities
- Knowledge of main security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA)
- Understanding of risk management and compliance principles
- Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
- Good command of English
- Nice to Have: Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience as PMO or in Business Operations within IT Consulting
- Strong stakeholder management skills (including C-level exposure)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; German is a plus
