Job Summary
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Third-Party Risk Management policies, standards, and systems, including vendor onboarding, offboarding, and oversight requirements. Monitor queues and complete tasks across all vendor workflows accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Address stakeholder inquiries promptly and accurately, providing clear guidance on vendor workflows and program requirements while building strong relationships firmwide by serving as a key advisor to internal stakeholders. Engage with Risk Partners across the organization as needed to assist divisions, drive continuous process improvement by proactively identifying operational gaps, and deliver on regional expectations for the TPRM Bengaluru team. Ensure consistent compliance with the firm's Vendor Management program through timely issue resolution and proactive communication to support audit readiness and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
- 0 to 3 years' experience in risk management, third-party risk management, or global risk program design
- Strong risk management and control mindset, with the ability to support and enable commercial outcomes
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and exemplary attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing organization
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to de-escalate challenging situations and build consensus across divisions
- Collaborative team player capable of coordinating complex activities with multiple interdependencies across global, cross-functional teams
