Job Summary
Administer and optimize SAP Ariba across Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and the Ariba Network to ensure configurations support Source to Pay priorities and operational scalability. Configure guided buying, catalogs, and approval processes while managing roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain firmwide governance and segregation of duties. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Tax teams to translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and platform enhancements. Support end-to-end integration with SAP S/4HANA, Fieldglass, and middleware by coordinating configuration, issue analysis, and release readiness activities. Lead testing, UAT, defect management, and quarterly release assessments to ensure controlled execution and quality. Manage backlog items, support tickets, and change activity through JIRA and ServiceNow, providing transparent status reporting and KPIs for platform health and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management, platform administration, or related experience (e.g., business analysis, project management, or operations)
- exposure to enterprise procurement, Source to Pay, or related operational domains
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, SLP, Ariba Network) or comparable Source to Pay platforms
- Good understanding of Ariba core processes and Accounts Payable / procure-to-pay workflows involving vendor invoicing, payment, and general ledger postings
- Demonstrated experience working within complex technical ecosystems, including enterprise platforms and vendor integrations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize and present information at a management level
