Job Summary
The Corporate People Business Partner will drive the execution of JD Finish Line’s talent strategy, providing coaching services on performance management, employee relations, succession planning, organizational design, and team development. Responsibilities include owning employee relations matters, conducting investigations, guiding on job descriptions and compensation, executing performance management reviews, assisting with development plans, and managing onboarding processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, along with intermediate technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, IO Psychology, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in employee relations, organizational development, or other relevant HR function
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Suite
- Ability to navigate HRCM systems
