Job Summary

Oversee payroll processing and accounts payable administration for multi-geography operations. Ensure timely, accurate payroll coding and reconciliations, collaborate with HR on employee records and benefits deductions, manage vendor invoices and payments, and provide monthly close and reporting support. Requires in-office presence in Miami (4+ days/week). Proficiency with Sage Intacct, Paycom, or ADP and strong communication, organizational, and compliance skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll and accounts payable, preferably in a multi-location company.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems (experience with Sage Intacct, Paycom, ADP or similar systems is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and AP best practices.
