Job Summary
Lead the sales of the Global Transaction Banking product suite for HQ Australian clients, driving new business and managing end-to-end sales and implementation. Build and nurture senior-level relationships, partner with Relationship Managers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams, and develop market-specific strategies to deliver cash management, liquidity solutions, FX, merchant services, and trade/working capital offerings tailored to the Australian market. Requires 5+ years in Treasury Services sales, strong knowledge of cash and liquidity products, familiarity with Australian payment systems and regulatory requirements, and excellent English communication. This is a senior, Melbourne-based role reporting to VP-level leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury Services sales
- Proven ability to build and develop client relationships
- Experience in winning and closing new business in the Australian market
- Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity management products
- Familiarity with Australian payment systems and regulations
- In-depth understanding of the transaction banking landscape in Australia
- Knowledge of depository products and treasury management services
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Demonstrated client ownership with the ability to mobilise resources for clients
- Effective partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders in the Australian financial services sector
