Senior Product Manager for Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) Finance at U.S. Bank overseeing the strategic product management for the CPMIS platform in support of CPS goals and market needs. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and interpreting business data to meet requirements; defining product outcomes and OKRs; prioritizing features and breaking work into actionable steps for discovery, design, development and delivery; aligning the strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmaps, risk, investment areas and success measures; driving product development and faster speed to market; managing performance goals for enterprise users; developing and monitoring performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement; collaborating with software engineers to execute the product vision and roadmap; demonstrating strong understanding of the target customer through research and creating personas, story maps, and product charters. Preferred skills include product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery and development, agile practices, and enterprise technical alignment. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
