Job Summary
Corporate Partnerships Manager responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive corporate giving strategy, cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners, securing sponsorships and foundation support, and driving revenue to advance the nonprofit’s mission. Responsibilities include donor research and outreach, aligning opportunities with partner goals, coordinating with Institutional Giving and Grants teams, designing partnership packages with brand visibility and employee engagement, planning fundraising events, and meeting or exceeding annual fundraising targets. The role emphasizes relationship management, storytelling, and donor stewardship within a mission-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or nonprofit development
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
- Proven ability to build and manage corporate relationships and align giving opportunities to partner goals
- Experience managing fundraising events from concept through execution, including securing sponsorships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with donor management systems (Salesforce preferred) and prospect research tools such as Instrumentl
- Collaborative self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Existing relationships in the LA-area corporate philanthropy or CSR community is a plus
