Job Summary
Corporate Partnerships Account Manager responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of corporate partners, leading planning and execution of integrated activation programs across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms, ensuring timely delivery of contractual assets, and providing reporting and insights to support partner success and renewal opportunities. Serve as primary point of contact for clients and agency partners, coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Operations, maintain CRM records, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to enhance partnerships including renewals and upsell. Emphasizes independent management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value to university stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in partnership services, marketing, sponsorships, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in sports, media, agency, or sponsorship environments (preferred)
- Experience managing complex or multi-channel partnership activations (preferred)
- Experience identifying renewal or upsell opportunities within existing client relationships (preferred)
