Key duties include lead generation, prospect qualification, relationship building, tracking management, and collaboration with the General Manager and executive team to align strategic initiatives, leverage data-driven insights, and develop dashboards, presentations, and proposals. The role emphasizes developing ticket sales strategies, managing campaigns, budgeting, revenue tracking, and cross-departmental collaboration to achieve sales goals in a live-entertainment venue environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 5+ years of marketing/sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to travel, and willingness to work traditional and non-traditional hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Previous experience in entertainment and/or venue industry preferred
