Job Summary
Provide strategic advice to companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds regarding growth and structures within the defense sector. Ensure clients receive counsel on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters across a variety of aspects. Maintain a focused practice with fifteen to twenty-five years of meaningful transactional experience and a portable book of defense sector clients. Required Qualifications
- Member in good standing with the state bar where you reside
- Fifteen to twenty-five years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience
- Portable book of clients serving the Defense Sector
- Deeply knowledgeable in serving clients in a variety of corporate matters
