Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary
The Corporate Paralegal will prepare and file documents related to the formation, organization, and dissolution of business entities, assist with corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and support real estate and commercial lending transactions. Key responsibilities include preparing filings with state and federal agencies, maintaining entity records and minute books, conducting UCC lien searches and filings, and assisting with transaction closings. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years’ experience in corporate, real estate, or commercial lending matters
- Experience in all three areas preferred
- Prior experience in a mid-sized or large law firm preferred

- Experience with real estate and commercial lending transactions
